In the eighteenth-century
rooms of the castle, guests can savour the Burlotto
family’s home cooking.
Here great traditional dishes such as la giura
(braised beef), la minestra da bate ‘l gran
(chicken livers and tagliatelle in chicken stock)
and hazelnut cake are enhanced by new fresh flavours,
a desire for novelty combined with the continuous
pursuit of the finest fresh ingredients.
The cuisine is set off, naturally enough, by a
rich selection of wines fine wines from the Cantine
del Castello, the castle’s wine cellars,
and from other producers.
The castle’s luxuriant, quiet garden is
the ideal place for a good glass of wine as the
sun goes down and dinner by candlelight.
Our restaurant is open in the evening from 8pm.
Lunch is also served on Saturday and Sunday from
1pm. The restaurant is closed on Wednesday.
