Cheese is not confined within Bra’s city walls. Dinner Dates take the festival out into the surrounding Langhe and Roero countryside.These meals offer a unique opportunity to sample local cuisine as well as typical dishes from other regions and international chefs’ specialties.

The Castle's Reastaurant will be stage of three events:

Friday 18 September

"La Bella Vi.Ta"
The chef Alberto Bettini from Trattoria Da Amerigo in Savigno, in the hills surrounding Bologna will serve traditional Emilian cuisine.

Saturday 19 September

"The beer Castle"

Stefaan Couttenye, Chef at the Belgian restaurant Hommelhof in Watou-Poperinge, close to the French border in western Flander, will prepare a special menu accompanied by a selection of Belgian beers from the De Koninck brewery in Anversa.

Monday 21 September

"Umbrellas at the Castle"

Three friends, Davide, Pier and Paolo, run the Osteria de l'Umbrelečr in Cicognolo near Cremona. The kitchen focuses on the traditional cuisine of the Bassa Cremonese area, interpreted in a modern key.
