Fiftieth anniversary of opening of the hotel-restaurant

To celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of opening of the hotel-restaurant, on July 13 2003, a special party went on from morning to evening in the gardens and rooms of the Castle.

In the course of the day, a conference was held in which the Burlotto family outlined their idea to support the Slow Food Presidium dedicated to Gamonedo, a cheese produced in Asturias, in the north of Spain.

Affectionate guests, friends and collaborators related their memories of the Castle until well into the night.
