In the kitchens of the Castle of Verduno, you can learn how to make our house specialities by attending morning lessons or by organizing tailor-made, personalised courses.

In each lesson, you will learn to prepare three recipes, chosen by the cook according to the season. Lessons are held every morning from Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 12 noon. Booking is compulsory and must be made by 6pm the previous day.

The courses, organised on topics chosen personally by the participants, may be of two types:  demonstrative, in which the cook explains the dishes in question, or practical, with the student doing the cooking.

The length of each course (minimum three hours) varies according to the preparation and cooking time of the recipes chosen. Timetable, program and prices are agreed upon at the moment of the booking, which should be made as early as possible.
